Design @Google

Curently designing and identifying high impact opportunities for access management across all of Google single source of truth. In July 2022, we launched a product to provide a consolidated tool for anyone who needs to review requests all in one place. Since launch, access approval wait times have been reduced by 52% across the company.

From June 2019 to February 2022, I led design for Salesforce's Customer360 initiative to bring all individual customer data into a single source of truth. The first product version was available to customers at Dreamforce 2019.

I launched SmartRecruiters’ first AI product, which saw results that decreased the time spent screening applicants by over 50%. I came onboard this project as the design lead in August 2017. The feature was later released to early access customers in January 2018.

Since September 2017, I have led design efforts to build SmartRecruiters' very first design system, which will lay the foundation for a fresh platform-wide look and feel.

I designed a patented solution for filling cancelled appointments that saves dental practices $30k/yr. I kicked off the design sprint in November 2016 and the feature was live by June 2017.

From March 2017 to June 2017, I helped pioneer Web.com's paperless registration feature that removed the time-consuming patient registration process dental offices.

Before all of the above I was @MonkeyRepublicDesign, a design consultancy, designing sites and apps for Myers-Briggs, First Tactical, and FirstHandle.
